GOOD DAY PEOPLE =) So Christmas just flew by and most people had MANY suppers and probably over ate just like me. Personally, I have a MAJOR sweet tooth. Like you could not imagine. Desserts at Christmas suppers… I like to have AT LEAST 1 share of EACH type of dessert! LOL! Witch ain’t to healthy. For some people the over eating might not even be over, because there’s still new years to come up. My big supper’s are quite done, new years, if I do anything, it will be having a drink or two. Anyways, my point of writing this blog is to help people get back on track with there eating. I was watching a show on T.V… they talked about 4 ways to boost your metabolism daily.. Here they are :
1. OOLONG TEA

And what’s good with OOLONG TEA is that there is no caffeine in it, so you can drink it even before bed time.
